Ordered a wiper blade after entering my Reg on their website, so I wrongly assumed apparently that they would of had their information correct. Got my wiper blades and my car wasn't listed as a compatible for 1 of the blades. Contacted carparts4less.co.uk via their live chat & was told I could only have a refund not a replacement as they had sent me the blade I had ordered based on their website saying it was compatible. So now I will have to pay to get a single wiper delivered because of their mistake.

Would be 5 stars if search facility worked.

Ordered a lot of parts through this company and only a few issues but communication when sorting these issues seems to be lacking with many weeks sometimes more in between replies. Personally I'll just be going straight to euro from now on.

They are full of crap. Ordered parts, item missing and wisen’t refunded before i emailed them a week after arrival! Other missing items were sent days after the initial dispatch. Rubbish service and not a great deal of value!!

Not 5 stars i know this is because carparts4less don't always have the part i need. But what i have bought over the years are cheap and sometimes they can be top brands like Bosch and cheaper than the cheap makes.

We ordered some brake discs from this website for my car. To do so, I input my reg number to identify my car, ordered the recommended parts and paid. They arrived fairly quickly. The problem arose when I took the discs to be fitted, THEY WERE THE WRONG DISCS. Not even close to the right size. When I contact carparts4less.co.uk they simply said they can't do anything and to "try again another time". When told I would write this review and complain their response was......"ok,bye"
